There are hundreds of eAlert style products currently on the market. What makes eAlert.com.au unique is it's support for franchise or branch structured organisations. Paying users can create unlimited, free accounts called 'publishing agents'. These users are issued seperate, passwords by eAlert.com.au, itself. Publishing Agent's can manage and track their own databases of recipients, confidential to all other users, including the master but they can only chose to distribute from the eAlerts provided for them from the master user.
